Who it is for

For the projects a small-business application was never built for.

Once a project runs past $1 million, the questions change. A funder wants to see financial statements, cash flow and how the company carries its debt, and the structure matters as much as the payment: when payments start, how they follow your seasons, and what happens at the end of the term.

So large-ticket requests skip our standard application. Tell us about the company and the project in a short form, send your financial statements when they are ready, and we come back with a proposal built around the deal.

Financing the equipment also keeps cash and bank lines free for running the business. It is usually secured by the equipment itself rather than a blanket lien on the company, and payments can be set to start when the equipment does.

It fits established companies with $10 million or more in annual revenue financing $1 million to $10 million and up: one large asset, or a whole program of them delivered over months.

What we finance

One large asset, or a whole program of them.

Production lines and automation

CNC and fabrication cells, packaging and processing lines, robotics and automation, financed with the installation and tooling that come with them.

Fleets and transportation

Trucks, trailers, vocational and service vehicles, and construction equipment, financed as one program instead of unit by unit.

Warehousing, logistics and cold storage

Racking, conveyors, forklifts and warehouse automation, and the refrigeration behind a cold storage buildout.

Medical and imaging systems

MRI, CT, surgical and diagnostic systems for hospitals, imaging centers and multi-location practices.

Energy and utilities

Solar arrays, generators and power systems, and the trucks and equipment that utility service work runs on.

Multi-site rollouts

The same equipment across many locations, such as restaurants, clinics, stores or job sites, added to one master agreement as each site opens.

How it can be structured

Structured around how the equipment earns.

Own it from day oneAn equipment finance agreement: fixed payments, and the equipment is yours. Installation, freight and other soft costs can go on the same agreement.
Lease itLower payments and a choice at the end of the term: buy it for $1 or at fair market value, renew, or return it.
Progress fundingFor equipment built or installed over several months, deposits and progress payments to the vendor are funded along the way, with regular payments starting once it is in service.
Seasonal or step paymentsPayments that follow your busy and slow months, or step up as a new line or location ramps.
One master agreementAdd equipment over time on one agreement, with a schedule for each delivery, instead of starting over every time.
Cash out or refinanceAn equipment leaseback releases the equity in equipment you own outright, secured by a lien rather than a sale, and existing equipment debt can be consolidated into one payment.

Which structures fit depends on the transaction and the company’s financials. The proposal spells out the terms that apply.

What we need

What a large-ticket review looks at.

A large-ticket review reads the company, not just a credit score. Having these ready keeps things moving:

  • Business financial statements for the last two fiscal years, and year to date
  • Business tax returns for the same two years
  • A schedule of the company’s current debt
  • The equipment quote or invoice, or for a leaseback, a list of what you own
  • For an expansion or a new location, the projections behind it

Tell us about the project

The company, the equipment and the amount, in the short form below. Attach your financial statements, or send them after we reply.

2

We review and structure it

We read the financials, ask the questions the structure depends on, and send you a proposal with the terms. A credit decision typically follows within 2 to 10 business days of a complete package.

3

Sign, and the funds go out

Once you accept, documents are signed electronically. The vendor is paid directly as the equipment is delivered, or for a leaseback, the funds go to you.

Common questions

Large-ticket financing, answered.

What counts as a large-ticket equipment deal?

For us, a request of $1 million or more from a company with $10 million or more in annual revenue. Some equipment sets a higher bar: data center and AI infrastructure deals of $1 million or more need $25 million or more in annual revenue and 3+ years in business preferred. Smaller requests go through our standard application, which is the faster way for them.

How much can you finance?

Large-ticket transactions run from $1 million to $10 million and up. A bigger program, such as a fleet or a multi-site rollout, can be set up on one master agreement and funded as the equipment is delivered.

What do you need to review a large-ticket request?

Business financial statements for the last two fiscal years and year to date, business tax returns for the same two years, a schedule of the company’s current debt, and the equipment quote or invoice. For a leaseback, a list of the equipment you own instead of the quote, and for an expansion or a new location, the projections behind it.

Can a large-ticket deal be used equipment or a leaseback?

Yes. Used equipment can be financed at this size, and so can an equipment leaseback on equipment the company owns free and clear: you keep the equipment and keep using it, and the lien is released when the balance is paid.

Can installation and other soft costs be financed?

Yes. On qualified transactions, financing can cover up to 100% of the project: the equipment plus soft costs such as installation, freight, software and training.

Does an owner have to personally guarantee it?

Not always. For established companies with strong financial statements, a large-ticket deal can often be structured on the company’s credit alone. The proposal says whether a guarantee is part of it.

How long does a large-ticket review take?

A credit decision typically takes 2 to 10 business days once we have a complete package: the financial statements, tax returns, debt schedule and the equipment quote. Documents and funding follow once you accept the proposal.

Do I fill out the regular application?

No. A large-ticket request starts with the short proposal request on this page instead. Once you accept a proposal, we gather what the final documents need.

Do you finance large-ticket equipment nationwide?

Yes. We finance equipment for companies across the United States and U.S. territories.
